WHO ARE THE PLAINTIFFS IN THIS LAWSUIT?

Right now, the only plaintiffs are me, Jeff Busch, and my wife.  The attorney who prepared and filed the lawsuit may ask the Court to certify a class of plaintiffs consisting of all other homeowners in Section 3 who never agreed to a mandatory association and did not sign joinder documents.  If you would like to financially assist in this lawsuit please email me.  WE NOW HAVE SIGNS THAT YOU CAN PUT IN YOUR FRONT YARD ON YOUR PROPERTY SO THAT ALL HOMEOWNERS BECOME AWARE OF THE LAWSUIT. Whatever assistance you can provide is greatly appreciated.  If you are in a different subdivision other than Section 3 this lawsuit is still important.  Whatever is decided in this lawsuit will surely affect you and your property.  Moreover, it is possible that the class of plaintiffs could be expanded to include all owners in all Sand Lake Hills subdivisions who object to the SLH, object to being forced to pay, and object to having subsequent owners of your property being forced to become members.
