This site is dedicated to informing the homeowners of Sand Lake Hills Section 3, and all other Sand Lake Hills homeowners, about the class action lawsuit that has been filed in the Orange County Courts. I am sad to say that 99 summonses are now being issued for certain owners in Sand Lake Hills Section 3. The defendants in this lawsuit are the Sand Lake Hills Homeowners Association, Inc. (SLH), and all property owners in Section 3 who signed Joinders filed in the Orange County, Florida public records purporting to adopt the “Amended and Restated Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of Sand Lake Hills” (hereinafter the “Amended Covenants”).
